This has increased dramatically during the Coronavirus outbreak. 

Let us be clear. We can trace these products to the original buyer and we will not hesitate to take action against those would take advantage of others during this difficult time in our country. We have already filed reports against Sellers on Amazon and Ebay as well as sent notices to our trademark attorneys.

Any unauthorized resale of RetzlerRX™ HormoneSynergy® or Manufacturer branded products on ANY platform including but not limited to Amazon / Ebay is a violation of the Federal Lanham Trademark Act of 1946, the Federal Trademark Act of 1984, and State of Oregon infringement and unfair competition laws, among others. Such violations are subject to liability for damages, injunctive relief, attorney's fees and other penalties, civil and criminal.

This also applies to ANY Brand named product purchased on our website. All sales are coded and traceable. Anyone trying to profit by the resale of ANY product from our online store would be wise to cancel their order immediately to avoid legal action.
